- How does termstow verify students?
- Every account requires a .ac.uk university email address. No uni email, no access — for both storers and hosts.
- Who handles payment?
- You do, directly with the other student. termstow never processes payments between users. Sort it however works for you.
- What if something goes wrong?
- termstow is a community directory — arrangements are between students. We recommend taking photos of your items at drop-off and agreeing everything in writing.
